Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of heeaene (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user regarding the use of the mobile game service 'Merge Fish : Idle Aquarium' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "User" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service provided by the Company.
  2. "Open Market Provider" refers to an e-commerce provider (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store) that provides functions for installing and paying for the Service.
  3. "Paid Content" refers to virtual goods (gems, coins, etc.) and items purchased through the Open Market Provider to enjoy specific effects or benefits while using the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when the User installs and executes the application.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations. If the Terms are changed, the effective date and the reason for the revision will be announced through a notice or popup within the Service.
  3. If the User does not agree to the changed Terms, they may stop using the Service and delete the application.

Article 4 (Provision of Service and Advertising)

  1. The Company provides the User with the game service and related ancillary services.
  2. The Company may display advertisements on the Service screens, homepage, etc., for the operation of the Service. The User is deemed to have agreed to the display of advertisements exposed during the use of the Service.
  3. The Company may modify, suspend, or change some or all of the free services according to the Company's policies and operational needs, and unless there are special provisions in relevant laws, no separate compensation will be made to the User.

Article 5 (Data Storage and Management) [IMPORTANT]

  1. This Service operates by storing game data within the terminal (device) used by the User (Local Storage) and does not operate a separate game server.
  2. If the User deletes the application, changes the device (device replacement, loss, damage, etc.), or resets the device (factory reset), all stored game data (including Paid Content) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  3. The Company is not responsible for data loss caused by the User's negligence in management or carelessness regarding the device.

Article 6 (Purchase and Refund of Paid Content)
